Job Description

HVAC Lead Installer:

Schar Heating & Cooling is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, want to provide customers with a great experience, and value personal integrity. Is that you? Well, we are a "go to" installer for new construction, commercial and residential replacement of gas, heat pumps, boilers and geothermal units. We also are a great place to make a change for the better and to grow in your career!

Excellent pay $24-$39 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

High personal integrity

2+ years of HVAC installation experience

Motivated to learn and to provide quality experiences to customers

Knowledge of applicable installation codes

Possesses a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Willing to work in tight spaces such as in attics and furnace rooms and in a variety of weather conditions

Able to lift 75 pounds
