As a Travel Support Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist Hungarian-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive personalized support throughout their travel experience. You will assist them with booking processes, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your fluency in Hungarian will enable you to connect effectively with our clients and help them enjoy their travels to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries
• Guide clients through booking processes and provide detailed information about travel options
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns related to their travel experiences
• Accurately record and document all client interactions in our internal system
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall travel experience for clients
• Educate clients about services and travel offerings to maximize their satisfaction
• Collect feedback from clients to support service improvements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or travel support is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
