As a Hungarian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to Hungarian-speaking players, ensuring their gaming experience is smooth, enjoyable, and engaging. Your strong communication skills and passion for gaming will be vital in maintaining a vibrant player community.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and professional support to Hungarian-speaking players across multiple channels including email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve gameplay, account, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document player interactions and maintain detailed records of support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address complex player concerns and improve overall player satisfaction.
• Gather and relay player feedback to development teams to enhance the game experience.
• Promote a positive and inclusive gaming community through empathetic communication.
• Stay up to date with the latest Riot Games updates, products, and gaming trends.
Successful applicants will benefit from fully paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly specified in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and customer support skills.
• Prior experience in player support or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
