Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Property Management Company. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Hungarian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services and tenant communications.
Your fluency in Hungarian will be essential in ensuring clients receive the information and assistance they need, whether it's about leasing, maintenance requests, or general property inquiries. Your dedication to customer service will help foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Hungarian through phone, email, and chat for property management inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about lease agreements, property details, and maintenance requests
• Resolve tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services and tenant experiences
• Stay informed about property management best practices and local market trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in property management or real estate, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in real estate and helping clients with their property management needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
