In this impactful role, you will provide outstanding support to our Hungarian-speaking customers as they navigate our online educational resources and learning tools.
Your fluency in Hungarian will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries regarding course information, technical support, and account management, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. You will be a vital part of our commitment to empowering learners through accessible education.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat related to the online education platform
• Assist users with registration, course selection, and navigation of learning platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth user experiences
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and feedback
• Gather insights from customers to help improve our educational offerings and platform usability
• Stay updated on educational trends and technological developments in online learning
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online education or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
