Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading HR & Payroll Software Provider. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Hungarian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to HR and payroll solutions.
Your fluency in Hungarian will be vital in ensuring customers receive comprehensive assistance with our software offerings, navigating functionalities, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. By delivering top-notch customer service, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Hungarian through phone, email, and chat regarding HR and payroll software inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding software features, functionalities, and troubleshooting processes
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and software usability
• Educate clients on new features and updates to the HR and payroll software
• Stay informed about changes in HR and payroll regulations that could impact customers
Requirements:
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in software support or HR, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in HR and payroll systems and a passion for assisting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
