Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across multiple platforms in Hungarian
• Ensure all content complies with community standards and company policies
• Engage with users to address inquiries and concerns effectively and courteously
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and community engagement
• Stay updated with trends in online community behavior and moderation techniques
• Contribute to maintaining a respectful and positive online environment

Requirements:
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation support will be provided
