What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting & Hiring
You’ll take the lead in helping us find and hire exceptional talent.
Create compelling job postings
Source and engage candidates
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Conduct interviews and assist hiring managers
Build interview guides and hiring processes
Extend offers and support onboarding
Create an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
Employee Experience & Culture
You’ll help create a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of.
Foster a positive, values-driven culture
Coordinate company events and team activities
Lead engaging onboarding experiences
Support employee recognition initiatives
Help facilitate culture surveys and action planning
HR Operations & Employee Support
You’ll be a trusted resource for employees and leadership alike.
Administer benefits and answer employee questions
Support compensation and reward programs
Assist with performance management processes
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Maintain confidential employee records with accuracy and professionalism
Support training and development programs including:
Apprenticeship programs
Tuition reimbursement
Safety training
Additional Team Support

Travel arrangements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to build strong professional relationships
Experience with BambooHR is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$67,000 – $73,000 DOE
