OUR CLIENT – is a well-established international manufacturing company operating in Lithuania, known for its modern production environment and strong focus on operational excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement. The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR administrative and operational processes, maintaining accurate personnel documentation, and supporting employees and managers in day-to-day HR matters. This role is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
⚠️ Please note: the position requires daily commuting to a production facility located outside Vilnius (company transportation is provided).
Responsibilities
• Analyzing HR operational data and preparing reports and insights;
• Administering employment and termination documentation;
• Managing employee working time accounting processes;
• Calculating bonuses and variable compensation components;
• Preparing amendments to employment contracts and additional agreements;
• Drafting HR-related orders and internal documentation;
• Managing employment documentation for foreign employees;
• Preparing and updating work schedules;
• Working with HR management systems and participating in system implementation projects;
• Consulting employees on HR-related matters;
• Contributing to employee experience and HR department initiatives.
Requirements
• Experience in working time accounting administration;
• Experience with aggregated working time accounting systems;
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken);
• Strong computer literacy skills;
• Knowledge of labor law regulations;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive personality;
• Good English and Russian language skills would be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g., BSS) is considered an advantage.

Salary:
€2,750–3,400 gross per month.
