ReWorks Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and facilitating feedback sessions.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Organize employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Maintain employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR information systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
