Job Description

Our client, a leading Nigerian independent integrated energy company, currently playing in the downstream sector of the petroleum industry now wishes to set up an E&P Company with the aim of acquiring, developing, and producing oil & Gas assets safely and efficiently for benefits of all stakeholders. The company is seeking to recruit talented professionals in a wide variety of fields to lead and drive the business.

Demonstrated understanding of industry dynamics in relation to staffing, talent management, organization effectiveness and external issues and interpret the trends broadly to ensure the Business/ Function meets short / longer-term objectives

Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. A post Graduate would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 10 years Experience in similar position within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas and must be CIPM or CIPD certified
