Within HR, the Process Systems and Optimization (PSO) team plays a critical role by providing operational and technical expertise, resources, and support to various partner Centers of Excellence (COEs), Service Lines, and Organizations. We are seeking a Temporary HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic PSO team for a 1-year duration. In this role, you will support the deployment of human resources software solutions, partnering with HR and business partners to ensure successful implementation and integration. As a technical liaison, you will assist in the design and integration of policies, systems procedures, databases, and software, contributing to the optimization of our Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). Key Responsibilities: Support the deployment of HR software solutions for human capital management initiatives. Serve as a technical liaison, assisting specialists in the design and integration of policies, systems procedures, databases, and software. Develop, modify, and support HR automation, providing timely and accurate updates to HRMS. Manage permissions, access, personalization, and system operations for users. Provide support in the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-level applications. Audit, update, verify, and maintain data in HRMS, including promotions, adjustments, new hire approvals, and data corrections. Perform system maintenance, including reviewing, testing, and implementing HRMS upgrades or patches. Conduct regular audits and updates of HR data to ensure consistency with HRMS standards. Participate in system testing for patches, fixes, upgrades/conversions, or new module implementations. Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers. Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
