Human Resources Intern

Boeing is seeking an Intern to join the Human Resources team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This summer internship will provide the opportunity to work across the regional HR agenda in key areas such as talent acquisition and onboarding, management of human capital, talent development, compensation and benefits, inclusion and employee experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Support the HR team to develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
• In alignment with the HR Centres of Excellence, support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. relocation support, benefits administration) and processes.
• Lead on certain HR projects in alignment with regional priorities.
• Meet with business leaders and address questions and feedback, in partnership with the regional and global HR team.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Help facilitate responses to HR inquiries from internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Studying towards a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Passion for aerospace and Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Drive and enthusiasm.
• Experience of working in a team.
• Customer orientated and agile.
• A high degree of cultural sensitivity, ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams.
