Position Summary 

The Human Resources intern is in charge of support administrative tasks in the Human Resources Department.  

General Tasks  

• Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives, and service levels 
• Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner 
• System database maintenance  
• Pre-screening candidates 
• Organization of information for audit purposes 
• Participation in team initiatives for engagement and activities 
• Perform other administrative tasks according to the department needs 

• Technical degree in executive for service centers or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent career 

• English proficiency C1 (90%) 

• Experience in multinational environment is a plus 

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 

• MS Office proficiency 

• Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills, active and positive approach towards people 

• Organized, structured and self-motivated 

• Needs to have initiative and be highly creative 

• Great communication skills  

• Detail oriented 

• Customer and detail oriented
