A Day in the Life

Join our Human Resources team – our focus is to partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives and proactively resolve any issues faced by our customers. We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities and projects.

Internship details:
•    Start date: March 2026
•    Duration: 12 months
•    Location: Johannesburg
•    Working hours: 40 h/week
•    Working model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Provide human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs
•    Collaborate across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions
•    Ensure transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently
•    Supporting in the planning, coordination and implementation of local projects
•    Provide administrative support to the HR Business Operations Specialist and HR Manager 

Required knowledge and skills:
•    Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Must be currently unemployed
•    Must be South African citizen
•    Must be under the age of 30
•    Have not participated in a YES programme previously

Would be a plus:
•    Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
•    A good communicator
•    Analytical and numerical skills
•    Attention to detail 
•    Problem solving skills
