Your mission:
Ciao a tutti, and welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our HR Intern in Milan! We're thrilled to introduce a key role where you will gain hands-on experience in essential HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across various functions. • Assist the HRBP in day-to-day operations, focusing on data analysis and process optimization.
• Update and maintain internal HR files and documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Regularly update and maintain HR databases.
• Implement and monitor local HR-sponsored projects.
• Provide general support and gather employee requests as a primary backup in the HRBP's absence.
• Support the management of monthly employee timesheets.
• Contribute to arranging internal communications.
• Occasionally drive and own small projects or parts of wider projects, aligned with direct supervisor's guidance.
Your profile:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or has completed postgraduate courses in Human Resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, or Economics.
• Possesses very good communication skills (written and oral) in both Italian and English (C1).
• Has legal authorization to work in Italy.
• Demonstrates accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a high-quality result-oriented approach.
• Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Exhibits the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a proactive attitude.
