Syngenta Crop Protection keeps plants safe from planting to harvesting.  From the moment a seed is planted through to harvest, crops need to be protected from weeds, insects and diseases as well as droughts and floods, heat and cold. Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland. 
• Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programs, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training) 
• Update our internal databases with new employee information
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• 3rd or 4th year university student in Human Resources, Economics or related field
• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month internship
• Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
• Fluent in English (working language)
• Monthly internship allowance
