Frost & Sullivan is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Americas Region. This position will work in our India location and will provide various support for our HR Programs including Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding, HRIS, Compensation, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, Leave Management, Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking for a long-term career opportunity in a diverse team environment with the opportunity to gain experience across multiple different countries including US and Canada. A successful HR Generalist who will be committed to offering the highest level of support to encourage an efficient and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Researches and responds to all employee inquiries regarding all Regional HR-related questions in a timely manner
Process all new hire information and employee status related changes in HRIS systems and other internal databases to maintain accuracy and integrity. Maintains employee data and files updated. Develop and disseminate HR analytics reports to management as needed
Assists with new employees Onboarding process, prepping materials for new hires and update HR systems
Assists with employees Offboarding process and exit interviews, prepping materials, payroll calculations and update HR systems
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of Independent Contractors
Under Guidance of HR leader, partners with managers on the handling of employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance on effective resolutions and creation of documentation as necessary, and exits where necessary
Assist with annual employee performance management to include salary market ranges and benchmarking research as well as coordinating employee performance reviews
Administer Performance Improvement Plans and Termination requests
Process leaves management requests in systems and respond employee related questions. Manage other special leaves (FMLA, ADA, Maternity leaves, etc.).
Retirement Plan Administrator for US and main contact for Benefits administration
Collaborate with annual open enrolments for Benefits and Retirement processes.
Assist with legal wage claims related to North American employees
Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws in US & Canada and assist with external audits
Other administrative duties, such as prepare employment and verification letters, submit internal Purchase Orders (POs) and liaise with HR vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HR courses completed and a minimum of five years of HR experience in global companies
Knowledge in Benefits, Retirement plans and leave management for North American countries
Experience with Vanguard, Vensure, and/or Dayforce systems is a plus
Ability to consistently meet time sensitive deadlines
Self-starter, able to work under minimal supervision and be part of a global team
Understanding of and ability to maintain high confidentiality
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
