What You’ll Do:
Coordinate recruiting, applicant flow, and onboarding activities to create a welcoming candidate and new hire experience.
Support training, compliance, and development efforts by scheduling, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist employees with benefits, HR questions, and day-to-day support needs with care and responsiveness.
Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Preferred Education and Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Two (2) or more years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a related administrative role preferred, however we will work with the right candidate that is a fit for our culture and values.
Prior experience supporting HR functions in a manufacturing, operations, or production-based environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The following KSA descriptions are important in the successful execution of the Sales Support Representative’s role. We support each person in their varying proficiency in these areas and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning through growth plans and career progression.
Proficiency in English language (read, write, speak, and communicate in business setting). Bilingual or ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion
Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of HR practices, employment processes, and basic employment laws
Ability to balance competing demands for time and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Team oriented - Positive, dependable, and collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms, or the ability to learn quickly
Schedule - Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
