The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The HRBP provides expertise in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, and change management to drive business performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Provide workforce planning and talent forecasting support
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
2. Talent Management
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive performance management processes
• Support succession planning and leadership development
• Identify skills gaps and implement training initiatives
3. Employee Relations
• Advise managers on employee relations matters
• Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Promote a positive workplace culture
4. Organizational Development & Change Management
• Support organizational restructuring initiatives
• Facilitate change management programs
• Improve employee engagement and retention strategies
5. Compensation & Benefits
• Partner with Compensation team on salary reviews and benchmarking
• Support annual compensation planning and bonus cycles
6. Compliance & Policy
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Update HR policies as required
• Support audits and compliance reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data
