Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and capable of maintaining professional boundaries while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage recruitment efforts, coordinate training initiatives, maintain accurate personnel records, and serve as a trusted resource for both leadership and staff. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding)
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Training & Development
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
Develop and facilitate staff training initiatives
Identify professional development opportunities to support workforce growth
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files
Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready
Oversee HR systems and maintain data integrity
HR Administration & Employee Relations
Uphold professional boundaries while building positive employee relationships
Provide guidance to leadership and staff on HR policies and procedures
Support performance management processes
Promote a professional, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in Human Resources management
Strong recruitment and training experience
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of technological proficiency (HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, One Drive, digital file management)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Personable, approachable, and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
