• The successful candidate must be CIPM certified and possess a first degree in Social Science with a minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing company.
• A relevant master’s degree would be an advantage.
• In addition, he/she shall possess an excellent people management skill and sound knowledge of contemporary HR issues.
