Responsibilities:
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company’s goals.
Develops and maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individuals pay actions, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revision.
Administers benefits programmes such as life and health insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree HR management or related fields.
Masters degree would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years experience in human resources management’s functions with minimum 4 years as a manager.
Professional certifications would be an added advantage.
