Overall Responsibility:
Are you ready to take the first step toward a successful career in Human Resource Management? Signal Hill Products is seeking a highly motivated and people-focused National Diploma HR Graduate to join our team for a 12-month structured internship programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world FMCG environment.
As an HR Graduate Intern, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals, participate in learning and development activities, contribute to HR projects, and gain exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance processes. This programme is designed to build your practical HR capability and enhance your professional competencies in Human Resources.
📍 Locations: Cape Town & Johannesburg
📅 Duration: 12-month fixed-term internship
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
National Diploma in Human Resource Management
No prior formal work experience required
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Willingness to learn and apply HR principles in a practical business setting
