As a Human Resource Generalist at Brilent, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the engineering and operations teams that disrupt the recruiting industry. Overall you will be responsible to provide support as an HR professional to enable the business to achieve it's operational and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop best-in-class internal HR policies and procedures
• Coach, guide, and advise Management on HR issues
• Participate in defining & executing policies & practices
• Other HR projects and responsibilities as needed
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Startup experience is a must.
• Bachelor Degree or higher
• Track record of being innovative and demonstrating the ability to handle a wide variety of HR related activities
• Ability to work independently and in team, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands
• Impeccable discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Initially your schedule can be flexible at 4 hours per week at our new San Mateo office, but could grow into more hours quickly as we expand.
