We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR functions across the company. This role will oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring smooth people operations across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate has experience working with international teams and understands how to manage employees across different countries and cultures.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs
• Maintain HR documentation and internal policies
• Support managers with hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and leadership
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
• Improve HR systems and processes as the company scales
Requirements:
• Proven experience handling end-to-end HR functions
• Strong background in recruiting and hiring
• Experience managing onboarding and training programs
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred
• Experience recruiting or managing employees from multiple countries
• Experience in a remote or international company
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS systems, and remote payroll platforms
