We are seeking a Human-Centred Design Specialist to support the design and adoption of complex, multi-stakeholder projects . The role focuses on ensuring that digital platforms, partnership initiatives, and capacity-building programmes are user-centred, inclusive, and designed for real-world use.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
• Developing user journeys, prototypes, and service designs
• Facilitating co-creation workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Testing, iterating, and improving designs based on user feedback
• Defining and tracking user experience and adoption metrics
• Coaching teams in human-centred design practices
Essential
• Advanced degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in UX/UI or human-centred design
• 3+ years’ experience facilitating co-creation workshops
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary environments
Desirable
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma
• Experience working with large international or public-sector organisations
• Portfolio of relevant design projects
