Our core values guide their actions and are the foundation of our company culture, driving us to achieve the vision of being the leading Translation Management System for enterprises.
We're currently hiring for a HubSpot & Web Operations Specialist to join us!
You are the builder and maintainer of our presence on HubSpot. Your primary focus is the xtm.ai website, campaign landing pages, and making sure every lead that comes in is routed, nurtured, and tracked correctly through the funnel. You work closely with the designer and copywriter to turn assets into live pages quickly, and you ensure the underlying HubSpot setup supports a clean, unbroken path from first touch to sales handoff.
Responsibilities
1. Website & Landing Page Build (HubSpot CMS Hub)
This is the core of the role. You are expected to produce pages fast and keep them performing.
Page Development: Build and update all pages on xtm.ai using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor and custom modules, working from designs and copy provided by the creative team.
Site Rebuild: Own the migration and launch of the redesigned xtm.ai - the first major deliverable in this role.
Landing Pages: Build and publish multiple campaign landing pages in parallel - fast turnaround is expected across different campaigns running simultaneously.
Quality Control: Ensure every page is mobile-first, brand-consistent, loads quickly, and is free of technical errors before going live.
Maintenance: Make ongoing updates, copy swaps, and layout adjustments as campaigns evolve - no task is too small.
✦ AI-Assisted Build: Use AI tools to accelerate page production - drafting module copy, generating
layout ideas, or troubleshooting CSS issues.
2. Lead Path & Funnel Setup
Every lead that comes through the website needs to go somewhere useful. You are responsible for making sure that happens correctly.
Forms & CTAs: Set up and maintain HubSpot forms, CTAs, and conversion points across the website and landing pages.
Lead Routing: Build and manage lead nurture workflows - ensuring leads are routed to the right sequences based on source, behaviour, and lifecycle stage.
Lifecycle Management: Configure and maintain lead lifecycle stages so the handoff from Marketing to Sales is clean and consistent.
Post-Conversion Flows: Set up thank-you pages, confirmation emails, and follow-up sequences for every conversion point.
✦ AI Personalisation: Implement AI-powered personalisation within HubSpot - dynamic content, smart CTAs, and AI-assisted email sequences - to improve conversion along the lead path.
✦ HubSpot AI Features: Use HubSpot's native AI features to enhance nurture flows and surface intent signals that improve lead quality.
3. Google Tag Manager & Tracking
GTM Ownership: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager as the tracking layer for the website.
Event Setup: Configure event tracking for key actions - form submissions, CTA clicks, scroll depth, and video plays.
QA & Troubleshooting: Ensure tracking is firing correctly across all pages and landing pages; fix discrepancies when they arise.
Container Hygiene: Keep the GTM container clean and documented so anyone on the team can understand what is live.
4. Technical SEO & Site Health
Site Health: Monitor and maintain site health, page speed, and Core Web Vitals within HubSpot CMS.
Schema: Implement schema markup and structured data as directed by the Search & Growth Manager.
Technical Tasks: Handle technical SEO tasks - redirects, canonical tags, meta data, indexing - as they arise.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience; CMS Hub and Marketing Hub certifications preferred.
• Proven track record building landing pages and website pages in HubSpot CMS - portfolio or examples required.
• Solid understanding of HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycle stages, and form/CTA setup.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager - event configuration, triggers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with AI tools to speed up day-to-day tasks.
• Basic HTML/CSS - enough to customise modules and fix layout issues without needing a developer.
• Strong attention to detail - you QA your own work before it goes live.
• Core Competencies
• Execution - you ship pages and fix things without needing to be chased.
• Attention to detail — broken links, misrouted leads, and untested forms are not acceptable on your watch.
• Collaboration - you take briefs from designers and copywriters and turn them into live pages smoothly.
• Curiosity - you stay current with HubSpot updates and find smarter ways to do the work.
