About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HTML Designer with a strong background in email design to join our CRM team. This is a hands-on role with a strategic edge—you’ll be instrumental in crafting scalable, high-performing, and visually compelling CRM communications across email and other customer touchpoints. You will work closely with stakeholders across different teams and industries to deliver best-in-class design solutions that elevate the user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and code CRM assets—mainly emails, but potentially also in-app and other communication formats—using HTML/CSS, ensuring consistent rendering across devices, browsers, and ESPs

• Collaborate with CRM Specialists and other internal stakeholders to bring customer communications to life through scalable, user-centric design

• Maintain and evolve modular design systems enabling faster, more efficient campaign creation without compromising aesthetics or brand consistency

• Keep a pulse on trends in CRM design, UX/UI, and cross-industry best practices—bringing fresh ideas, benchmarks, and structural improvements proactively

• Actively contribute ideas for optimization in performance, structure, and experience—not just visual styling

• Be ready to jump in when quick design execution is needed, even if it’s a small piece—someone who values quality at every level, from a system-wide template to a single visual asset

• Troubleshoot rendering or performance issues and ensure flawless email development

• Stay organized and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

About You:

• Solid experience in designing and developing CRM emails using HTML and CSS

• Deep understanding of responsive design and best practices for email rendering across major ESPs (Email Service Providers)

• Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX/UI principles, with the ability to apply them in a performance-oriented CRM context

• Experience building and maintaining modular design systems or scalable frameworks

• Self-starter with a proactive mindset—comfortable proposing improvements and seeing them through

• Highly organized with great time management and prioritization skills

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing feedback loops

• Bonus: Experience with AMPscript and personalization logic within platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
