HSSE Supervisor (Surface Engineering) - (Project-based)

Job Description :

1. The first person responsible for HSE supervision in the whole process of ground construction:

2. supervise the implementation of the contractor's HSE management system, and review the safety measures in the construction plan to ensure compliance with the requirements of HSE operation procedures.

3. Inspect and monitor high-risk operations (such as high altitude, hoisting, excavation and earth borrowing, heavy machinery operation, temporary electricity consumption, vehicle transportation, etc.) every day to ensure safe and orderly on-site operation and construction;

4. Conduct daily inspection, record and track the rectification of hidden dangers, and ensure that the rectification of hidden dangers is completed according to the planned time.

5. Carry on pre-inspection on contractor all drivers’ qualification certificate and vehicles annual inspection report by third party. 6. Be Responsible for emergency response and investigation controls.

Requirements:
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General) :

1. Education background of College degree or above;

2. Major in safety engineering, environmental engineering or civil engineering. experience and skills;

3. More than 10 years HSE management experience in petroleum/construction industry;

4. Be familiar with EPC project in wellpad or road construction safety standards.

5. Holding of registered safety engineer or NEBOSH certificate, fluent in English.
