HSE Supervisor Well ( PROJECT BASE)

Job Description:

1. Be fully responsible for the management of all drilling and workover operations, and be familiar with drilling and workover technology of drilling and workover operations;

2. Design well site risk and regional classification management and control scheme (such as dynamic division of red zone/yellow zone, A-level risk hidden danger, B-level risk hidden danger, etc.);

3. Major risk decision-making: review the construction scheme of high-risk operations, participate in and lead JSA meetings, monitor high-risk operations, participate in and approve JSA analysis reports.

4. Participating in the morning meeting mechanism of drilling and workover operations, focusing on identifying high risks on site and pushing preventive measures

5. On-site inspection and tracking: patrol key areas (drilling floor, mud tank farm, well control device) at least three times a day, and promptly push the hidden dangers on site to be rectified on time;

6.Implement quarterly HSE performance assessment, be responsible for conducting qualification pre-examination of contractors and checking the validity of qualification certificates of contractor personnel and qualified equipment;

7. Be responsible for emergency drill and investigation for the accident.

Requirements:
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General):

1. Full-time college degree or above majoring in oil, gas, drilling, or HSSE.

2. At least 10 years of HSSE management experience in the oil and gas industry.

3. Possessing a NEBOSH IGC certificate and having the ability to communicate in English with foreigners on site.

4. At least 5 years of drilling management at least.
