• Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management plan, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, project requirements, and hotel operator safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, ensure safe work practices, and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up, ensuring transparent reporting and prevention of recurrence.
• Coordinate and enforce HSE requirements with contractors and subcontractors, including review of method statements, permits-to-work, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
• Prepare and present HSE reports, KPIs, safety statistics, and compliance documentation to project management, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Professional HSE certifications and must have a valid Green-Book.
• 8–10 years of experience in HSE management for construction projects, with strong preference for hotel, hospitality, high‑rise, or high‑specification developments.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, construction safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Proven track record of managing HSE programs in multi‑disciplinary environments involving CSA, MEP, ID, façade, and specialist contractors.
