We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part‑Time HSE & Facilities Administrator (22hrs p/w) to provide administrative, contractor, and systems support to the HSE & Facilities Manager. This role is essential to the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the site and is ideal for someone looking for a part‑time position with responsibility and variety.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage contractor attendance on site, ensuring activity is well coordinated and disruption is minimised.
• Maintain all contractor documentation, ensuring paperwork is current, compliant, and accurately stored on SharePoint.
• Collate and manage HSE documentation, monitoring compliance against site and Group objectives.
• Support the development of efficient HSE data recording processes to enable timely month‑end Group reporting.
• Coordinate Occupational Health visits and build strong working relationships with service providers.
• Organise training for colleagues using approved training providers, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
About You
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing tasks independently within a part‑time working pattern.
• Confident using systems such as SharePoint and working with data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Previous experience in an administrative, HSE, or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
• PC literate with good MS Excel knowledge and SharePoint experience.
