Job Overview:
As an HRMS Implementation Consultant (Senior/Team Lead) at EPS Consultants, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and a proven track record in managing full-cycle HRMS implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project implementation teams in defining and delivering HRMS solutions that meet client specifications.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and completeness during the implementation phase.
• Facilitate client training sessions to ensure effective use of the HRMS.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot any issues related to system configuration, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support.
• Continue to build subject matter expertise in HR technology trends and enhancements.
Requirements:
• STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
• At least 4 years in HRMS implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
