HRIS Analyst

Under general supervision, provides Oracle Cloud HR (Oracle HCM) system support to our employees, managers, and internal HR teams. This individual will be the primary point of contact for ticket/issue resolution and liaise with IT on issues that require IT intervention. They will also contribute to system testing, integration troubleshooting and error-handling, and maintenance of SOPs and end-user support documentation. We are searching for analysts with experience in business facing support of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, Absence Management, Core HR, OTBI Reporting; as well as experience with Integration support, EBS (Oracle on-prem platform), and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform.

Develops strong working relationships with end users from the business and within HR to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with the Oracle Cloud HR (HRIS) and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery systems with a process-improvement and automation mindset.
Primary point of contact for ticket/issue resolution and liaise with IT on issues that require IT intervention.
Support creation of training documentation and end-user knowledge articles; helps support training sessions by collecting screenshots, masking sensitive data, and pre-staging scenarios.
Conducts quarterly release regression testing and monthly enhancement testing.
Uses OTBI and Excel to create and validate one-off or manually updated reports for management, business units, and HR.
Responsible for data entry and validations for mass uploads and data changes within Oracle HR and Oracle EBS
Serves as the technical point of contact for identifying and correcting data integrity issues to new hire, employment, personal, and other HR data resulting from projects, support tickets, or integration error-logs.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.

University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related disciplines plus generally three years of directly related experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion HR Cloud required.
Expertise with Oracle EBS (on-prem) is highly preferred.
Experience working within an HR Service Delivery model; use of Service Now platform is highly preferred.
Understanding of system integrations to internal and external systems, and experience with error log troubleshooting and resolution.
Expertise required in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel/v-look-up and pivot tables.
Experience working with HR compliance, data security and privacy, and regulatory issues.
Strong records maintenance and organizational skills required.
