As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and change management, contributing to both employee engagement and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people plans, including workforce planning, capability development, and organizational design.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Support change management initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment and employee readiness.
• Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity) and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams (Learning, Compensation, People Services, Recruitment etc.) to effectively deploy HR programs.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local legislation, and best HR practices.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as an HRBP
• Advanced knowledge of HR practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
