Buscamos um(a) HRBP Analyst para atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) do time de Off Premise, com foco em suporte às lideranças, desenvolvimento de pessoas e entrega de soluções de RH alinhadas à estratégia do negócio..

Principais responsabilidades

• Atuar como Business Partner dos times de Off Premise, atendendo públicos de Promotor a Especialista;
• Realizar atendimentos de RH aos clientes internos, incluindo 1:1, Planos de Desenvolvimento, PIPs, diagnósticos organizacionais e demais atividades da função;
• Participar ativamente de encontros de time e ações de engajamento das áreas de negócio;
• Apoiar os processos de People Review, garantindo qualidade das informações, análises e alinhamentos com o time Global;
• Propor e implementar soluções de RH alinhadas às necessidades do negócio;
• Gerir, analisar e reportar KPIs de RH, apoiando a tomada de decisão da liderança.

• Experiência prévia em posição de HRBP ou RH generalista com forte interface com áreas de negócio;
• Vivência no atendimento a clientes internos e líderes;
• Boa comunicação, organização e postura consultiva;
• Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
