Deine Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung im Recruiting (Bewerberkommunikation und Interviews)
• Planung und Organisation des On- und Offboardings unserer Mitarbeiter
• Administrative Zuarbeit und Unterstützung der HR Business Partner
• Pflege der Mitarbeiterstammdaten in unserer HR-Software Personio
• Terminkoordination (z.B. mit Dienstleistern oder Bewerbern)
• Zusammenstellung HR-relevanter Themen für die monatliche interne Kommunikation

Unsere Anforderungen:
• Eingeschriebener Student in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder Sozialwissenschaften
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet
• Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenständige, strukturierte und äußerst gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen
• Hohe Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du genießt, es in einem dynamischen Umfeld eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens zu arbeiten
