What You'll Do
You will work closely with the Human Resources team to:
Support the Career Management process
Contribute to internal communications
Assist the team with new initiatives and projects
Perform administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
Spanish University degree (completed), vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy of degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Psycology, Marketing/Communication
Master in Human Resources very valuable
No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain.
Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships
Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).
Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
Some experience in human resources/marketing/events organization either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department valuable

Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point
Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
Professional approach to time and deadlines
Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
