The role:
The HR Intern will provide support in various Human Resources processes, with a special focus on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employer branding initiatives, and administrative tasks related to talent attraction and retention.
What you will do:
Support the recruitment and selection process for junior positions, including job postings, phone screenings, intial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Assist in end-to end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support during the hiring stage.
Participate in the organization and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company’s culture and operations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as managing content on job platforms, coordinating with universities, and participating in career fairs.
Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.
Assist in end-to end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and support during the hiring stage.
Collaborate on special HR projects, such as employee engagement, training, organizational culture, and wellness programs.
Maintain the candidate and employee database up to date, ensuring confidentiality of information.
What we are looking for:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Office and Excel is a must), database management, and internet search.
Organization, team work, follow-through and proactive skills are a must.
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
Fluent English.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
