HR Australasia is accountable for the development, functioning, and governance of human resource practices across the division. The HR Support Manager role is responsible for leveraging data, systems and analytics to support identification and implementation of new and/or optimised processes and ways of working. Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are:
• Collect, analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Improve employee experience and organization performance.
• Set HR record management standards and promote adherence to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide process guidance/advisory support to the wider HR Australasia team.
• Identify, validate and map key HR processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain related SOP’s, control documents and reference material, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the relevant industrial instruments, legislation and policies.
• Prepare data for and lead the HR Australasia contribution to regulatory reporting processes 
• Prepare data for and lead the HR Australasia contribution to rate increase and REM processes
Essential :
• Exhibit a resourceful and proactive approach
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, business demands and priorities
• Ability to manage well under pressure
• Competence in MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in excel
• Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
• Ability to interpret and apply the relevant industrial instruments, regulations and legislation to HR processes
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management
• Confident and tactful written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
 
Desirable:
• Experience with data analysis, measurement systems, report creation and data visualization tools/techniques
• Relevant HR or tertiary qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar position
