Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Summer Intern to support a variety of HR initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions and provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that improve organizational efficiency and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and design of internal HR presentations for meetings and training sessions.
- Organize and streamline the HR shared drive by reviewing, categorizing, and archiving documents to improve accessibility.
- Review current HR policies for accuracy, consistency, and compliance; identify areas for updates.
- Support the drafting and formatting of new HR policies and procedures under guidance.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
