Wil jij tijdens je stage écht ervaren hoe HR in de praktijk werkt? En lijkt het je leuk om dat te doen binnen een groeiende hospitality organisatie waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan is deze allround HR stage bij Clay Hospitality misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Tijdens deze stage werk je nauw samen met de HR Manager en HR Officer en krijg je de kans om alle facetten van HR te ontdekken. Geen koffiehaal-stage, maar een plek waar je actief meewerkt en verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee binnen het HR-team. Je houdt je bezig met de volledige employee journey: van instroom tot ontwikkeling.

Denk hierbij aan:

• Opstellen van vacatureteksten en profielschetsen

• Ondersteunen bij werving & selectie

• Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren met kandidaten

• Meedenken en deelnemen aan HR overleggen met General Managers

• Ondersteunen bij onboarding en onboarding trainingen

• HR administratie

• Ondersteunen bij verzuimgesprekken

• Meewerken aan salarisadministratie

• Ondersteunen bij het Performance Evaluation Process

• Vertegenwoordigen van Clay Hospitality op stagemarkten

Daarnaast werk je mee aan interne events voor onze Clay Members, zoals:

• Mud Masters

• Clay Get Together (ons jaarlijkse familie-event)

• Clay Culinairy (een culinaire kalender voor onze keuken teams)

• Het Clay Changemakers leiderschapsprogramma
