Job Description

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a global cryptocurrency exchange platform providing a comprehensive suite of trading services — including spot, margin, futures, and over-the-counter (OTC) options. It supports a wide range of trading pairs and offers additional features such as credit card purchases, staking, flexible savings, lending, and borrowing, accessible via both web and mobile applications.

They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist based in Turkey to support our regional team. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, and administrative responsibilities — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and values timely communication and professional execution.

In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional roles, particularly within internet, fintech, and crypto sectors.

• Coordinate hiring activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback follow-up.

• Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee records management, contract preparation, and local compliance processes.

• Assist in day-to-day HR administration, including attendance tracking, document filing, and coordination with global HR teams.

• Ensure timely responses and smooth communication across teams, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented attitude at all times.

• Contribute to regional HR initiatives, including team engagement, performance support, and policy implementation.
