Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in strengthening employee relations, driving performance management practices, and ensuring HR processes are executed with consistency, compliance, and care—within a fast-paced BPO / outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations (ER) matters, including handling employee concerns, due process, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive and support performance management processes, including probationary assessments, regularization, coaching documentation, and performance-related cases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor requirements
Monitor attendance and tardiness issues and prepare corrective action documentation when required
Partner closely with managers and team leaders to provide HR guidance and ensure consistent application of policies
Prepare and submit required HR and compliance reports, including DOLE-related documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Perform other HR-related tasks as required to support business operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including onboarding, employee relations, and reporting
Strong, hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER)
Proven experience in performance management (probationary reviews, disciplinary processes, coaching support)
BPO or outsourcing industry background (required)
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client or project-based environment
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, shifting schedule)
