We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to support daily operations, enhance employee experience, and ensure efficient communication, compliance, and administrative processes.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
1. Benefits & Budget Management
Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave, wellness programs)
Support budget tracking and oversee payments to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy
2. Culture & Engagement
Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
Organize team-building events, trainings, and internal celebrations
Gather employee feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
Promote an inclusive work environment
Provide support to international employees, including acting as a liaison when needed
3. HR Operations & Employee Support
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and assisting in conflict resolution
Monitor attendance and maintain accurate HR records
Manage vendor payments, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time
Assist with visa applications and provide mobility support for employees
Maintain and manage employee email accounts to ensure proper access and effectiveness
4. Communication & Coordination
Manage internal communications, including policy updates and announcements
Organize monthly meetings and ensure alignment across departments
Coordinate company-wide communications and updates
5. Business Travel Support
Coordinate business travel and assist with planning and forecasting
Support general related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills & Requirements:
Fluency in English is required, Chinese is a plus
Over 2 years of experience in HR or similar roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HR systems or attendance tools is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Work shift Monday to Friday – Business hours
Location Costa del Este, Panama
