Job Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding of new hires and interns.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
• Maintain and update personnel files and HRIS records (Sprout), including monitoring and approving attendance and timekeeping data.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance, attendance, and working conditions.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and statutory regulations. Support resolution of employee relations issues and performance matters in collaboration with line managers.
• Work with global HR and payroll teams on employee compensation, benefits, and payment processes.
• Ensure timely submission of mandatory documents to government agencies for legal compliance.
• Organize and support employee training, engagement activities, and company-wide events. Handle office administration, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Liaise with external vendors for annual insurance renewals and implementation of employee benefit programs.
• Safeguard confidentiality of employee and company data at all times.
• Recommend enhancements to HR processes and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Familiar with local prevailing employment regulations,latest HR trends and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HR operations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
