• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including tracking attendance and evaluating outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Language skills: German (native), English (fluent).
