Team Summary
You will join the HR Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s HR ecosystem. Our team manages HRIS systems, coordinates the full employee lifecycle, oversees reporting and compliance, and drives process improvements across the organization. We value precision, attention to detail, proactivity, and effective communication.
Job Summary
The HR Specialist ensures seamless HR operations by managing the HRIS and providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle. This role combines expertise in data management and automation with the administration of medical insurance programs in Ukraine and internationally, balancing analytical precision with a service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage employee profiles in HRIS, coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities, including access and adaptation milestones
• Administer HRIS, ensure data integrity, implement tools and automations, and manage vendor relationships
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate, consolidated HR data to support the strategic needs of the HR team
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects as a subject matter expert, and contribute to drafting, auditing, and updating internal HR policies and procedures
• Support the medical insurance lifecycle and service quality monitoring as a designated back-up for the team
• Monitoring expiration dates and coordinating the issuance or renewal of Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES/KEP) via the Vchasno platform. Managing user access, enrolling new hires into corporate plans, and liaising with the platform’s account manager
Qualifications and Skills
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations and HRIS administration
• Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Law (КЗпП) and GDPR
• Experience in HR process development and implementation
• Good written and spoken English
• Systems thinking and attention to detail
Nice to have
• Hands-on experience in BambooHR administration
• Experience in drafting technical specifications
• Experience in conducting health insurance tenders
