As our new Low-Code & AI Developer, you will be a cornerstone of our technical team, responsible for bringing our HR automation and AI strategies to life. You will focus on the hands-on development and implementation of sophisticated applications, transforming technical specifications into tangible, efficient solutions that empower our global HR services.

Your contribution to something big: 

• Build and Deploy: Take ownership of the development lifecycle, using your deep expertise in low-code platforms like OutSystems, ServiceNow, and PowerPlatform to build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade HR applications;
• AI Integration: Serve as the team's specialist in artificial intelligence, focusing on the practical integration of AI services and machine learning models to create intelligent, predictive, and user-centric HR solutions;
• Technical Excellence: Based on specifications provided by the Business Analyst, you will architect and implement clean, scalable, and robust applications. Your focus will be on the technical integrity and performance of the solution;
• Independent Execution: Work independently to solve complex technical challenges, driving projects to completion with a strong focus on detail and a results-driven mindset;
• Continuous Improvement: Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications, ensuring they remain effective, secure, and aligned with the latest technological standards.

What distinguishes you:

 

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience & Know-how:• Approximately 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on low-code platforms;
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying applications using tools such as OutSystems, ServiceNow, PowerPlatform, or AA360;
• Demonstrable experience in integrating AI functionalities and third-party APIs into applications;
• Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, database concepts, and system integration.

• Personality & Way of Working:• You are a detail-oriented and result-driven developer who thrives on technical challenges and takes pride in delivering high-quality, efficient code;
• You work effectively in an independent manner, capable of managing your tasks and projects to meet deadlines without constant supervision;
• You have a passion for technology and are continuously exploring new AI trends and low-code capabilities to bring innovative ideas to the team.

• Languages: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
